Posting and stamps are the services most commonly used but there is a lot more to your local Post Office than mail. The Post Office actually offers up to 170 different postal government and commercial services. You would be surprised by what we can do to help you sort out the business of everyday life.
Just a few of the services and products are listed below:
- Letters, packages and parcels including collection by arrangement.
- Passport renewals, commission free foreign currency exchange and other travel essentials including insurance.
- Household bill payments – electricity, gas and telephone.
- Personal banking – withdraw money, cash a cheque, pay in cash and cheques. Participating banks include Lloyds TSB, Barclays, Co-op, Alliance and Leicester and Cahoot.
